This sweet little picture just makes my heart DROP!  Oh, how I love this kid!

So to celebrate my sweet/trouble maker of a boy turning 18 months old I took him out and took a few pictures of him.  I LOVE how they turned out, and can’t wait to get them printed!  I feel like poor little Ridge has been neglected on this little blog of mine the last little bit.  All of my friends always put what their kids are doing, so here is a few facts about little Ridge Man.

• Favorite food:  ANYTHING he is a dumpster!  This kid LOVES to eat.  He loves salad, grapes, chicken nuggets, and LOVES pizza!  But, for some reason if he doesn’t love it, he will leave it on his tongue and make you grab it.  He will not swallow it.
• Favorite treat:  Suckers
• Favorite toy:  Anything that Navie has ;).  He loves his parents brand gumball machine.  He can put the balls in and push the button’s a million times and never get bored with it. 
• Talks:  He can say around 100 words, but if given the choice he will just tell you yes or no!  Ridge talks when he wants to talk!  It is so frustrating because he will say words all day long, and then when I try to make him say something he wont say it.  He’ll  just make this grunting uggghhhh noise.  It is the most annoying noise in the world!
• Goes by:  Ridge, Ridge Man, brother man, brother, Ridger,  Ridgie or my favorite of all time…  Ridge Dax N--- Sassy Bummers Mickey Mouse Curious George ( yes, one name all given to him by his big sister)  I’ll have to make a post about that one
• Ridge loves to climb on anything.  He will drag Navie’s little chair around the house with him to get things off of the counters and our dresser.  He is always climbing up the barstools to get on the counter.  He also is into everything.  If he is quiet for more than 2 minutes, my heart drops because I know I am going to find a mess. 
• He loves to go outside, and would play outside all day if we let him.  He always wants me to go outside and play in the sand with him. 
• He gets shy sometimes and covers part of his face with his hand or looks like the picture of him on the truck!
• He will give us hugs and kisses, but loves to show affection by bonking heads with you.
• He will yell once or cry once when he wakes up, and then he will just sit in his crib until you go and get him.
• He LOVES to rough house
• Just started hitting, pinching, and pulling hair when he gets mad at you.  He always comes and gives you loves when I tell him to say sorry, some times he will even give you loves right after even if I don’t tell him.
• Is naturally a boy and LOVES everything that little boys do.  Dirt, trucks, my dads backhoe, and trouble.  I never would have thought that boyness just can come naturally, but after Ridge I 100% believe it!

Ridge I love you so very much.  You are the funniest little thing in the world!  Me and your dad just love to watch you.  You may be a little stinker and into everything at times, but it is amazing to watch your mind work.  You love to figure things out, and are so curious.  You have changed so much in the last 2 weeks and have started to mind SO good.  You actually stop doing things when we tell you no, and follow directions so good!  You are such a great addition to our family, and couldn’t imagine our lives without you!!!
