Not a good day… to be my car!!! There is more damage on the bumper and the tail end, the tail light is out,it is all scraped up, my door is crunched shut, the wheels scrape when they turn, and I can’t drive it, but we are all safe!
Yep, notice the tape on the glass?! Yeah, that bright shiny windshield just got replaced approximately 15 minutes before It got shattered!!! Just flush that $180 down the drain!!!
I know what you are thinking… Nope, it wasn’t my fault, if it’s not bright, and it’s not yellow, and it doesn’t contain over a dozen children, I don’t hit it!
I go that way, he came this way, and then he decided to turn. I swerved to miss him and he still got me. I swerved just enough for him to miss my sweet little baby behind me!
Why is it that he hit me, and the only thing that I can think about is how much his insurance is going to go up, if he has to get a ticket, and if he can afford the deductable and all of that. I seriously feel so bad for the guy, even though it didn’t look like he was too worried about it! I feel bad that it ruined his day :).
Navie was more shaken up than anything. It scared her, I couldn’t stop shaking, and then Ridge started to cry. Two crying babies, a shaken up mom…. Not my idea of a good time. I just can’t stop thinking about how lucky we are! It could have been so much worse!

OH MY GOSH! I would have been freaking out too (especially with your babies in the back seat!) I am SO glad no one got hurt! I am sorry this happened!!

I am so glad you all are okay. I got in an accident last December (hit a pedestrian- and not my fault either) but the first thing I thought was 'Thank heavens Jaimen's not with me.' And you had both babies... Sorry they had to go through that.

That is so not fun! I'm glad it wasn't your fault and that everyone was ok. I have been in that situation and it totally freaks you out having your babies in the car with you.
