So I had a little R&R yesterday, and definitely felt a little spa-phoria.  Made up word, yes, but how else do you describe how you feel when you walk out of the spa in total euphoria?  So I had a gift certificate that my work gave me for Christmas almost 4 years ago!  I know, I am nuts!  I have got other massages's since then, but I kind of forgot that they gave it to me.  Whenever I thought about it, I figured that it was FOR SURE expired.  Well I decided that I should just give it a try, and it never expires!  So I made an appointment at http://www.segolilydayspa.com/  for a Rocky Mountain Stone Massage.

  It was HEAVEN!  It really was the best massage that I have ever had.  If you ever go there ask for Dixie, she really is the best!  Since the spa was basically empty, I actually took the time to shower there.  It was so nice to shower when your not yelling at your kids to stop emptying the cupboards or to not play in the toilet :).  All in all, it was a much needed break and I feel great!
