Happy birthday buddy!  I was so excited for your birthday this year.  You knew it was coming and you were so excited… You kept on laughing every time we mention your birthday and you would say “choo choo cake, cake all over face” and just start laughing.  I am not sure what you were imagining, but you just crack me up.  I love big boy Ridge.  You are so fun lately, you make me smile all day long.  You make the cutest faces when you are excited, you put your hand over your mouth, and you gasp.  It’s so cute.  I also love the way that you talk.  You like to tease, and you extend your words… noooooope, yeeeepppp, uuuhhh  hhhuuuuhhh, nooo waaaayyy…  You LOVE LOVE LOVE choo choo trains.  You pack your choo choo books around with you all day.  If you hear a choo choo far away, you will stop and put your finger in your ear (instead of around your ear) to help you ear better.  You also like any kind of tractor’s, semi’s, and trucks.  You are pure boy!  You have been going potty in the potty a quite a bit lately, and I am still not sure if we should just jump in and start potty training you.  You are also very inquisitive.  You watch everything, and notice things that I would never even pick up on.  You are such a smart boy.  I love you so much and love the time we get to spend together.  I look forward to watching you grow!  Happy birthday my little man! 

Oh, and P.S. did I mention that you hate having your picture taken lately and just turn away and tell me no, or you close your eyes!  You little stink!

Today, we had such a fun day.  We got up and had your favorite donuts for breakfast, and then hung out together playing with your new choo choo train table until sister got home from school.  You picked lunch at “donalds”  and so we went to lunch with pop pop to McDonalds.  For dinner, we met the rest of the family at Chucky E Cheese for some birhday dinner fun.  YOU LOVED chucky e cheese’s.  You kept on asking for more and more money, and ran from game to game!  Lucky boy, one party down, Two more to go!!!  Happy Birthday buddy!
